Role: Designer at IHG
As part of a campaign to drive loyalty membership, I worked on a project to refresh one of the landing pages for the IHG® Rewards Club. Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders and the UX team, I created a landing page that targeted both members and non-members.
Market differentiating benefits of IHG’s loyalty program were used as way-finding for visitors who wanted to learn more about the program. Because the IHG® App is such an important part of the guest experience, a secondary call to action to download the app was included in the flow of the page.
